General terms and conditions for services provided by ArcForm.
Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for design, development and related services between ArcForm and its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services
The specific scope of services results from the individual offer and briefing. Fixed prices are binding once confirmed in writing.
Prices & payment
Prices are stated net of any applicable taxes. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
ArcForm is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
