Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

ARCFORM (“ARCFORM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent web design and development agency based in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit arcform.agency(the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, a description of the project you’re interested in, your budget range, and any message you choose to include. You provide this voluntarily. Your submission is delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend.

Information collected automatically. We use two privacy-respecting analytics tools. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, referring page, approximate location (derived from your IP address), and device and browser type. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and measures aggregate traffic without tracking you across sites or storing identifiers on your device. We do not receive your full IP address in a form that personally identifies you.

2. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers.

These analytics cookies do not load until you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button at the bottom of this page.

Separately, Cloudflare Web Analytics runs without cookies and does not store information on your device, so it does not rely on your cookie choice. It only reports anonymous, aggregate metrics about Site traffic.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for analytics cookies; our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and securing the Site; and taking steps at your request to enter into a potential engagement when you contact us.

5. Sharing and third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

6. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s default retention settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure or deletion of your personal information and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
